As part of our ongoing recruiting efforts, we are excited to announce the launch of our brand new careers website: www.tudicareers.com

The new responsive site – fully compatible on desktops, mobile phones and tablets – is dedicated to candidates who are looking to find the right career at Tudi and in our industry as a whole, and we feel will help to improve our overall recruitment offering for those candidates.

Job seekers today often have a lot of questions about what an organization is like on the inside before they ever submit their resume. We wanted to build a resource to provide candidates with that information so they can get to know us before they have their first conversation with us.

Unlike our previous careers page which focused solely on our available job postings, tudicareers.com is truly focused on building a more remarkable candidate experience for our visitors. Winning Businesses to Be Honored at February 11 Recognition Event

Tudi Mechanical Systems is excited to announce that it has been named a finalist in Bright House Networks third annual Regional Business Awards of the Tampa Bay area. Tudi was named a top 10 finalist in the Medium Business category for the awards, which honor the companies, organizations and people who have impacted the Tampa Bay area with their products, services, and thought leadership. Winning businesses will be honored at a special celebration on February 11, 2016 at the Tampa Convention Center.

Bright House Networks has teamed up with Chambers of Commerce in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Manatee and Sarasota counties to host this event connecting local businesses in a celebration of best-in-class. Tudi Mechanical selected as the 2015 Tampa Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year

Tampa, FL – The best of the best in Tampa now includes Tudi Mechanical Systems, according to the Greater Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, which awarded the team its “Small Business of the Year” accreditation for 2015.

“We are honored by this recognition and intend to continue on our path to be the best service organization of any kind,” said Tudi Operations Manager Robert Tudi following the award presentation. . “But our product is much more than HVAC and controls. Without question company culture is what our clients have come to value most.”

Winners were announced at an exciting ceremony attended by over 600 at the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts in late September. Companies were evaluated on operational management, community involvement and ethical business practices. These awards highlight the impact of small business on the community and celebrate the achievements of the best of the best in Tampa Bay.

Tudi Mechanical Systems was also recently named one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Tampa, and one of the 100 fastest growing companies in Florida by the Tampa Bay Business Journal and is a semi-finalist in the Brighthouse Regional Business award competition.

Tampa Bay Business Journal, in conjunction with the Orlando, Jacksonville and South Florida Business Journals, released the results of the 2015 Florida Fast 100.  The list highlights the fastest growing companies in Florida based on three years of revenue by percentage growth over that time.

Tudi Mechanical Systems of Tampa was ranked  75th on the list with 99% growth.

Tudi Ranked 17th Among Tampa’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies

Tampa Bay Business Journal’s annual Fast 50 list highlights the fastest growing companies in Tampa Bay based on three years of revenue by percentage growth over that time. The companies have to be headquartered in the Tampa Bay area and have a minimum revenue of $1 million in 2012.
