TUDI HOME COMFORT PLAN INCLUDES:

Heating Tune-Up:

• Test carbon monoxide levels
• Clean and adjust burners and inspect heat exchanger
• Check thermostat operation
• Clean pilot assembly / flame sensor
• Install standard filters (if applicable)
• Test and adjust operation of safety and operation controls
• Check for gas leaks
• Inspect flue pipe and gas valve
• Check blower motor (and belt if applicable)
• Turn exposed dampers to heating position if marked (no balancing)
• Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow
• Tighten and safety test all wires and connections
• Assess indoor air quality
• Inform customer of equipment condition and recommend any necessary repairs

Cooling Tune-Up:

• Check suction line temperature and pressure
• Evaluate condition of air filters. Clean or replace with standard filters (if applicable)
• Check thermostat operation
• Test temperature drop between return and supply air
• Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow
• Clean outdoor condenser coil
• Check blower motor (and belt if applicable)
• Safety test all controls for proper operation
• Meter voltage and amperage in all motors. Test for worn bearings
• Test operation and condition of compressor contacts
• Inspect start and run capacitors and relays for bulges, rust and leaks
• Tighten and safety test all wires and connections
• Assess indoor air quality
