Tudi has a 98% satisfaction rating for its installation work.

Dear Friends,

Customer service experts have a favorite expression: “If you don’t measure it, you can’t improve it.” One of the ways we measure customer satisfaction here at Tudi is to ask you to complete a survey after we have done service for you.

As one example, we’ve achieved a 98% satisfaction rate for our installation work. We’re not resting on our laurels, though. We always follow up with customers who aren’t completely satisfied with our work and then do our best to make things right.

We also use your feedback to make your customer experience with us easy and convenient. Based on requests from some of you, we are moving toward paperless correspondence. If we don’t have your email address, please go the Contact Us page of our website and send us an email. This will help us improve communication with you. We will not share your email address with anyone else!

For further convenience, we have begun automatic renewals of your Home Comfort Plan. This eliminates the risk of having your coverage lapse and then being surprised by a big repair bill.
