I had a previous problem with my air conditioner in the summer and Frank was sent out to help with the problem, which he corrected immediately. He then came for my furnace maintenance call, in the fall. It is a great idea to have the same repairman each time, since he is familiar with the product and its history. May I add that Frank was very friendly and is a great person to have as a member of your team. He was very efficient in correcting any problems I had.

Our new A/C unit went down on the first hot spell. I called Tudi and they had Frank on site within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board (covered under warranty). He said the board had to be ordered and that he had already called it in. He thought it would take a few days. When I explained that we were leaving for vacation in two days, Frank said he would do what he could to expedite the board delivery and promised to install it as soon as he received it. About three hours later, he called and asked if he could install it at 7am the next day. I got up at 6:30am to take the dogs out and, to my surprise, Frank was already working on the unit. He was finished before 7am!! Fantastic service...knowledgeable and friendly techs. We have been on the annual maintenance program; another good Tudi buy. We are sincerely pleased with the company and its representatives. I told Frank that he deserved a raise for his superior efforts on both our and Tudi's behalf!!
