Bob Tudi

Chief Executive Officer |
Bob followed his life-long dream of starting his own business in 1987 - TUDI Mechanical Systems. With "$4,000 and a pick-up truck," TUDI Mechanical Systems began with Bob as its founder and CEO. Growing up in the South Oakland section of Pittsburgh, Bob graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1976. From there Bob went on to Triangle Technical Institute where his passion for providing HVAC solutions for homes and businesses began. After graduating from Triangle Technical Institute in 1977, Bob started his career with various heating and cooling companies including Accu-Temp and Limbach. In 1999, Bob graduated from Carnegie Mellon University's Executive Entrepreneurship Program. Bob and his wife Marilee have seven children and currently reside in Sewickley.

Kevin Bright

Chief Operations Officer |
Kevin Bright is the Chief Operations Officer for TUDI Mechanical Systems. Kevin joined the TUDI Team in 1994 and became COO in 2005. Kevin is a Clarion University graduate with a BSBA in Management and Real Estate. In 2005, he graduated from the FBI Citizens' Academy where he is an active member of the Executive Board. He is a member of Boy Scouts of America, Greater Pittsburgh Council serving as a Committee Chairperson of Troop 215, Bethel Presbyterian Church, and Vigil member of the Order of the Arrow and active in the council wide support including Assistant Contingent Leader for 2005 and 2010 National Jamboree and member of council Technical Production team. Kevin resides in Bethel Park with his wife of 20 years and two children.

Jim Howe

Chief Financial Officer |
Jim Howe serves as Chief Financial Officer for TUDI Mechanical Systems. Jim began his career with TUDI in 2001 as CFO where he oversees financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Prior to joining TUDI, Jim began his career in the Tax Department at Ernst & Young, and eventually moved on to a small venture capital group before settling with TUDI Mechanical. Jim received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and enjoys golfing and spending time with his granddaughter. Jim lives in the South Hills with his wife.

Rob Tokay

Paul Brandt

Controller |
Paul Brant serves as Controller with TUDI Mechanical Systems. He has had many different roles in the company before becoming Controller such as Human Resources, Accountant and Employee Benefits Coordinator. Paul earned a Bachelor's degree from Waynesburg College in Business with a minor in Computer Science. He has 22 years experience in Accounting, Computer Science and Business Management. Paul resides in the Pittsburgh area with his wife and has two adult sons.

Jim Duch

Commercial Business Development Manager |
Jim Duch is the Commercial Business Developer Manager with TUDI Mechanical Systems. He has been with TUDI l for seven years and brings 22 years experience in sales and sales management. In his current role, Jim manages new customer acquisition for the commercial HVAC and plumbing divisions. He is a graduate of Clarion University with a degree in Marketing. Jim resides in Hampton Township with wife Beth, daughter Abbie and two sons James and Matthew. In his free time, Jim enjoys golfing and is a sports enthusiast.

Frank Finklang

Commercial Service Manager |
Frank Finklang is the Commercial Service Manager, Inside Sales and Training/ Safety Manager with TUDI Mechanical Systems. He has had 16 years experience in Operations earning a Bachelor's degree from Robert Morris University and his MBA from Point State Park University. Frank resides in the Robinson Township area with his wife of 23 years and two children.

Bob Musgrave, CEM, PMP

Energy Solutions Business Manager |
Bob serves as the Energy Solutions Business Manager for TUDI. He has over 28 years experience in the HVAC and energy fields, specifically in health care, K-12, higher education and municipal markets. He has a Bachelor's degree from Robert Morris University and is an active member of the Western PA Chapter of Association of Energy Engineers. Bob resides in the North Hills area with his wife of 28 years and three children.

George Gittinger, CEM, LEED AP

Design Build Manager |
George Gittinger serves as Design Build Manager with TUDI Mechanical Systems. He has over 25 years experience inHVAC, including published engineering research, design, contracting, sales and manufacturing with special interests in energy soluations. He has designed and consulted on hundreds of commercial, industrial, and residential geothermal HVAC projects. George is an active member of ASHRAE, USGBC, IGSHPA and AEE with Geothermal, Energy Management, Building Commissioning, Congeneration and LEED AP certifications.

Richard Wilson

Design Build Operations Manager |
Richard Wilson is the Design Build Operations Manager with TUDI Mechanical Systems. He has been in the Operations field for 25 years; some of his responsibilities have included Director Plant Operations, Project Manager in facility infrastructure, new construction upgrades and retrofits for health care organizations. Included with these responsibilities is conceptual planning, design, budgeting, board approval, equipment selection and purchasing, contractor selection and project management. Richard resides in Martins Ferry, Ohio with his wife of 22 years and two children.

Tom Davidson

Residential Operations Manager |
Tom Davidson is the Operations Manager for Residential Service, Installation and Plumbing with TUDI Mechanical Systems. He is retired from the United Stated Navy after proudly serving for 24 years. During his service in the Navy, Tom worked as a Technical Service Manager in charge of Refrigeration and HVAC departments. He entered into the Six Sigma program and advanced to the level of a Black Belt. Tom resides in the Slippery Rock area wife of 12 years. Tom enjoys golfing, swimming and working on projects around the house.
