Automated Temperature Controls Project Manager/Technician

Responsibilities:

^{Experienced in designing DDC/ATC systems and sequence of operations. Must have a full understanding of typical HVAC systems such as hot water and steam boilers, chilled water systems, tower/boiler heat pump systems, air handlers and VAV boxes. Will be responsible for estimating, engineering, project management, cost control, startup oversight and closeout of assigned projects.}

Possess the ability to read and understand technical specifications, construction plans and contract requirements
Experience in listening to a narrative of a project and determining an ATC scope of work for sales and estimating
Experience in negotiating subcontracts for project installation
Experience in selecting components and devices required for an operational DDC/ATC system
Experience in purchasing materials and managing subcontractors
Experience in coordinating project work and meeting project schedules
Experience in using Auto-Cad to prepare ATC drawings and compiling submittal packages
Candidate must have a broad understanding of construction especially piping and sheet metal systems
Must have an understanding of the submittal process required for typical construction projects
Must have ability to troubleshoot/diagnose ATC system problems
Must have an understanding of installation costs and requirements for proper closeout of project.
